The insurance policy covers risks that most frequently cause financial losses and pose real threats to residential spaces. It includes protection against damage caused by water leakage from neighboring apartments, one of the biggest challenges in multi-apartment residential buildings.
The policy also covers glass damage, failures of sewage and water supply systems, which are especially important for both everyday comfort and property safety.
Homes are protected against natural disasters, as well as fire and explosions, ensuring maximum financial protection in unforeseen and critical situations.
Insurance coverage also extends to unlawful actions by third parties, including vandalism, theft, burglary, and robbery.
